Open any listing and tap "Book a Viewing". Choose your preferred date and a concierge specialist will confirm within 2 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?+

Bank transfers, major cards, and verified escrow are all supported for NGN transactions.

Can I cancel or reschedule a shortlet stay?+

Yes. Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that, our flexible policy applies — see the listing for details.

Do you handle property management for owners?+

Absolutely. Every PrimeSeed property is developed and managed end-to-end by our team. Reach out to discuss enrolling your asset.
